Cutting, welding, spraying and assembly run end to end in these buildings. Nothing on the critical path is done by somebody else.
FURD was established in 2008 and runs a 30,000 m² production workshop in Shandong. Research, production and sales sit in one company.
Small ride-on rollers, walk-behind single- and double-drum rollers, concrete laser screeds, road crack sealing machines — and mobile light towers. Same steel racks, same welders, same QC bench, so a question about a mast collar is answered by someone who has welded one.
The part of the business that is hardest to fake on a website, in order. Every frame below was taken in these buildings.

The drawing comes first — mast sections, chassis mounts, the light bar and the wiring route are fixed on paper before a sheet is cut.

Sheet and square tube are laser cut to the drawing. One machine, one program — the same profile on every unit, not whatever the saw happens to do.

Drilling and boring for the mast collars and hinge points. Off by a millimetre here and the mast will not raise straight at nine metres.

Frame and enclosure welded, then dressed and checked. Most traders never stand in this bay — the units reach them already finished.

Welded parts hang on the overhead conveyor through our own spraying line. The same booth does every unit we ship, including yours.

Engine, alternator, LED heads, mast and running gear come together on the same floor, then every unit is lit before it is packed.
We build ahead of the order book, so part of the range is already wrapped and standing here when your enquiry lands. Ask what is on the floor this week — that answer beats any lead time we could put in writing.
Ask for the current floor list before you plan an installation date — batch sizes change weekly and we would rather tell you what is there than quote a lead time we cannot hold.
Shot on the floor, not in a showroom. If you would rather see it in person, the gate is open — the address is further down.

The person who quotes you can walk to the line and put a hand on the unit. Most listings you will compare us against cannot do that — the desk is in an office and the factory belongs to somebody else.
So a question about a mast collar is answered here, by the person who signed off the weld. Not forwarded.
Scanned originals, not redrawn graphics. Light tower certificates are issued per model — ask for the file that covers the unit you are quoting.

These cover the road roller and laser screed lines. They are here because the welding, spraying and final-test processes behind them are the same ones a light tower goes through before it is packed.
If you are comparing quotes, bring the other one with you. We will put both machines side by side and you can decide on the mast, the lights and the paint yourself.
Site visits, sample builds and dealer enquiries all come through this form. We reply with a named contact, not a mailbox.
