What we do with the
information you send us.
A plain-language policy for a B2B website: what the enquiry form collects, why, who else sees it, and how to make us delete it. No advertising trackers, no data selling.
We collect what you type into the enquiry form, or what you send us by email or WhatsApp. We use it to answer your question, quote a model and — if you order — to build, ship and service it. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law requires us to keep the order record.
01 — Who is responsible
This site is published by Jining Furuide Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (brand FURD), South of Hongguang Road, High-tech Zone, Jining, Shandong, China. For any question about this policy or your data, write to export@sdfrd.cn or message +86 133 7537 1355. We are the manufacturer of the machines, not a broker or a lead-generation company.
02 — What we collect
- Enquiry details. Name, country or region, phone / WhatsApp, email, business type and the message you write. All of these are typed by you into the form.
- Order and service details. Company name, delivery address, model and quantity, shipping documents and correspondence — only if you place an order.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider records the usual server-log entries: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These exist to keep the site up and to block abuse.
- Newsletter email. If you subscribe, we store the address and the date you subscribed. You can unsubscribe from any email.
03 — What we do not collect
No payment card details: this site has no checkout, and invoices are settled by bank transfer. No special-category data (health, religion, biometrics) — please do not send it to us. And no profiles built from your browsing: see the cookie section below.
04 — Why we hold it
- To answer an enquiry — our legitimate interest in corresponding with a prospective buyer, and the step before a contract.
- To perform an order — the contract itself: production, export documents, shipping, warranty and spare parts.
- To keep in touch — only with your consent, which you give by subscribing and can withdraw in one click.
- To meet the law — tax, export control and product-safety record keeping.
05 — Cookies and embeds
This is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, and it does not load any analytics or advertising script.
Two features can involve a third party, but only after you act:
- The factory tour video loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain
(
youtube-nocookie.com) only when you press play. Until then nothing is requested from YouTube. - Clicking a WhatsApp or email link opens that service in a new window, and its own privacy terms then apply.
If we ever add analytics or advertising, this page will name the tool before it goes live.
06 — Who else sees it
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass enquiries to a dealer network. It is seen by:
- our own export and engineering staff, who answer the enquiry;
- the hosting provider that serves this website;
- the email service we use to send the quotation;
- for an order: the freight forwarder, customs broker and, where the buyer requires it, an inspection or certification body;
- authorities, where the law obliges us to disclose.
07 — Where it goes
We are based in China, so an enquiry sent from Europe, Africa or the Americas is stored and handled here. The website itself is hosted in Hong Kong. Where a transfer rule applies we use the standard contractual clauses approved for that purpose, and we keep the transfer to what the enquiry or order actually needs.
08 — How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders — 24 months from the last message, then deleted.
- Orders, invoices and shipping documents — as long as Chinese accounting and export law requires, currently up to 10 years.
- Newsletter address — until you unsubscribe.
09 — What you can ask us to do
Write to export@sdfrd.cn and we will, within 30 days:
- tell you what we hold about you, and send you a copy;
- correct anything wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep;
- stop using your details for marketing;
- hand the data you gave us to another company, in a machine-readable file.
If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you wrote to us first.
10 — How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries sit in a mailbox and a customer folder that only the export team can open, protected by two-factor login. We do not hold card numbers, so there is nothing of that kind to breach.
11 — Children
This is a trade website for buyers of construction equipment. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly hold their data.
12 — Changes to this page
The date at the top is the date of the last change. If a change affects what we do with data you have already sent, we will say so on this page rather than bury it in a version history.

- This page describes the site as it is built today: static HTML, no cookies of our own, no analytics. If a tool is added later, this text is the place it must be declared.
